Best air cooler?

Hi, I'm looking for a air cooler, I'd need something more than 4 copper pipes. And so it's fans could be replaced(it would be nice but it's not do cop/drop point)

Lol, I just watched a review of H105 NwH-SD15 and Hyper 212 evo and they all (almost) had exact temps. Defineatly going to get Hyper 212 evo

For 30 bucks, the best cooler you can get is the CoolerMaster Hyper 212
