CS GO not remembering volume

Got go recently and one thing is really annoying every time i launch the game the volume in windows goes to 100 and i have to set it to 10 again because my headset is ridiculously loud (in game volume is at .1) every other game remembers :/

then set it at 0.01 csgo let's you go down as far as you want to.

0.004 is to loud and 0.003 is silent....

tried everything its either silent or too loud :/ ill see if i can find a thing in windows
