Ordering Code?

I'm trying to fill out my form and I need an ordering code. I have no clue what it is so if someone could help me i'd be awesome <3

Edit: It's an RMA form here is what it says (Ordering code is also known as Product code, or Part number, usually starts with PV, FX, P1, or HD)

Check for a serial number on a sticker on the product or it's box.

The order number is probably something that was in a email "your order has been placed" its just numbers, or its on a paper that was in side the box of what ever you bought. Who did you buy from? if you dont mind...

There was nothing in my email I just got the part number off the box
