Air cooling suggestions

Hi,

 

My current fan set up is pretty stock and is first on my upgrade list to do. Ive just ordered an extension connector and AK-CB002 PWM Signal Motherboard Cable so running out of fan headers shouldnt be a problem.

 

Currently i have 3 case fans- 2 SP120 Quiet editions (one as an exhaust (the cable wouldn't reach to my fan header, will be swapping with the stock fan when the extension arrives) and one as an intake at the front of the case) as well as a stock fan underneath that intake at the front of my 200R. I also have the stock intel cpu cooler so an upgrade there is something of a priority.

 

Im looking at getting 2 AF140 Quiet editions and having them as exhausts (one facing outwards and one upwards out of the case). The CPU cooler i am looking at is the Xigmatex Dark knight as i really want something a bit more unique than a cooler master 212 evo (is this wise?). ive thought about putting the fan that comes with the cooler at the front and putting a push/pull on it with the SP120's and buying a Cougar CF-V12HP to accompany the Xigmatex fan at the front (a good idea or not?).

 

Do you think my idea is good? would you change anything about it?

 

Also, I dont want to pay more than £35 for a CPU fan if i can.

I'd go for the hyper 212 if I were you, at least you're sure it's reliable.

Dark knight is good cooler. Nothing wrong with that.
