Driver Issue - 3 Beeps?

I recently got a new GTX 650 for my computer, and I installed the 314.22 Drivers easily. Everything works fine, but there is one issue that bugs me.

Every time I start up the computer, It freezes at the Start screen (the screen before windows starts where you can press a button to go into BIOS) and makes 3 beeps, about 20 seconds apart from each other. On the third beep, the computer starts up and works fine. I thought this may be caused by conflicting drivers, so I used Driver Sweeper and cleaned up any remaining drivers and I reinstalled the current ones.

However, this didn't seem to work and it still makes startup 3 times slower than it used to be. Any help?

Thanks!

Could it be a setting in the BIOS that makes it so slow? Like detecting all USB ports or something like that. My motherboard has a similar functionality. Do you have an ASUS board?(I do)

No, it's some dell motherboard, and for some reason this is only happening AFTER I installed the new graphics card.

I looked online and found out that 3 beeps means that there's a memory error.

I never touched the memory when I installed the GPU, so something is acting up.....
