I just installed my H100I on my 4770k, stock clocks etc. I ran intel burn test for 10 passes and my HOTTEST core reached 80 degrees, with h100i in performance mode. The core that got the hottest is always 2-5 degrees hotter than the others at times, not always. Is this good/ ok?

That seems perfectly fine. Did you run it on normal settings?

The difference in core temperatures is probably because of the TIM in the CPU not being spread evenly across all cores.

Nah. Cores just are not all equal. No matter of the TIM

In all honesty when installing the water block more pressure went on one side than the other for a second due to the standoff being in the way, probably that. Also I am thinking of trying it for 20 passes on Standard again, see if it catches fire then ^.^
