building budget build  amd a10-7850  and have 8gb 1600 and 4gb 1866 which would be better untill i can get 2100 8gb

Definitely 8gb, no question about it. You can probably oc the dimms to 1866 or even 2100 if you're lucky anyway.

I'd suggest the 8GB of 1600MHz memory. RAM speeds don't usually make too much of a difference, especially when you're playing games.

8GB plus OC le shit out of it hit around 2133 and you should be fine :P
