Hey guys! So my friend's PC died and he asked me to get a new one for him (build)..

He doesn't play much. He just plays The Sims (He plays the whole series), SimCity (same), a little bit of Far cry and a little bit of AC :)

As of now, he said he only has 800 USD. But he may upgrade anything in the future :)

He has all the peripherals and the OS. He just needs some parts..

I've made this for him. You might think why I've done this and that and what not.

Reason: This place doesn't have much technology development and so it doesn't have many good PC parts and stuff. So i had to do it this way. Many parts are not available here...

Secondly, What ever is there, is very High Priced. So 800 USD here means 900 USD..

I live in India by the way..The friend also does.

CPU: AMD A10-6800K

MOBO: ASUS F2A85-M-LE

RAM: G-skill F3-10600CL9S-4GBNT

HDD: Seagate 1 TB HDD

Monitor: AOC I2251FWE IPS

GPU: As of now, None.

PSU: Cooler Master Thunder 450w

Optical Drive(believe me, He will really need it) : Some LG/Samsung. Will decide later on :)

I've chosen these parts depending upon their availability, price point and sales in my area :)

Just tell me how is this and if I can change some part :)

Thanks for helping my friend! :P

-Lucifer

EDIT: Fuck me. I posted this in PC GAMING? Mods....please move this..

EDIT : If you're using PCpartpicker, please remember that to the final list, a 100$ will be added. It because of the price for those parts here :)

What is his budget in the currency he is using?

He is using INR. He has 800 USD , which is about 48676.00 INR.

But since the price of parts is high here, you can consider it 600 USD. Which is about 42600.00 INR :)
