Good Fight Stick for less than $100?

So i downloaded M.U.G.E.N a few days back and i'm LOVING it. My only problem is that supers are a bitch to do with my lame Mad Catz Xbox 360 controller....I have a fairly tight budget, so the lower cost the better, but does anybody have a recommendation for a fight stick/fight pad for PC? It'd also be nice to have it work on PS3 because i own SSF4 on there, but that's not necessary.

Edit: they can also be PS2/PS1 arcade sticks. I have a playstation to USB adapter.
