Blue Screen on Boot

ok so what do you recommend i do now. Just order a new drive? 

if possible run the drive using another PC

 

and do the possible backups of data

 

and perform a reformat

im a noob at formatting what should my format settings be

after copying your data

 

pop back the drive into desktop

 

with the Win OS DVD

 

let it boot to the disc

 

follow until the drive selection

 

if it show your current partition

 

just delete and recreate the new partition

 

the installation will wipe and write over the old OS 

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.
