Storing a CPU?

I just bought an i5 3570K for $20 from my friend but i have no way of storing it. He did not give me a box or anything. I was wondering where i should put it. Right now it is in a anti static bag along with my old hard drive. Any suggestions?   

 

EDIT: The pins on the CPU are facing up towards the bag and away from the hard drive.

I guess if there is no moisture or dust getting in then its fine where it is, although I would take out the harddrive as it may scratch the pins.

 

Also NICE FIND getting it for $20

i would put it in a bag by itself

I don't have one. Would the hard drive be okay without one?

The hdd should be fine if you leave it in a desk or something. Also, it's generally fine to just leave it around as long as you don't toss it around on a carpet or something.

Will dust ruin the HDD? 

the HDD should be fine and honestly I reckon it's way more important to protect that cpu! :P
