Graphic card advice

Go to solution Solved by D2ultima,

I suggest the 780 also; you may find a good 3GB version for under $500. Hold on, I know I had one somewhere...

Aha, I found one

Enjoy! If you can't afford the 780 I suggest a 770 4GB at least, though. You can use THIS card or THIS card.

Well im building like a small gaming rig as my main and LAN Rig in the Bitfenix prodigy mITX.

Ive bought some compnents now and its z97i plus from asus, a i7 4790k and a RM 650.

My budget is about 1500 USD if i get my old rig sold.

I was thinking going for the h100i for Some OC on the processor. Or do you out there recomend air cooling for this case(let me know then).

So my 1st thought is the 780 from EVGA becasue here in sweden it looks like a good deal for me. But im on a budget wich might not be the full 1500 USD i might get some lack of money if i dont get my old pc sold for the right price but if it's the case i can pay it back alter with money ill cash in on later this year. But what do you think is the 780 worth it ? Should i try go for maybe a 770 4gb or something else. Let me know what i should have for a graphics card in my build down below  :) I do prefer Nvidia because had some issues with AMD's 270x wich didnt perform to my expectations.... In the sense that it could not perform with max fps count on League of legends with max settings.. And i knwo the AMD cards gets hotter aswell wich means the fan will ramp up wich gives it mroe sound and i would like a silent build.

So im open to suggestion about the CPU cooler choice and Graphics card choice for my build its the only parts i got left to buy

Thanks in advance for the help!

:D

H100i is still one of the best aio water coolers out there, and it comes with solid fans and software so you can tune it to suit your needs. solid recommendation on that.

considering the gpu: of course, a 780 will perform significantly better than a 770 4gb, but it will also be quite a bit more expensive.

just go with the option you can afford. Evga is always a solid choice though.
