It shouldn't matter if you get a good PSU, because a good quality PSU with a good quality fan will be quieter then the other fans in your case anyways, you won't be able to hear it.

you will only need 850w if you are planning to overclock the 290s, if you leave them at stock then a 750w will do. You will only need 1000w-1300w if you are overvolting the 290s a lot.

Because 1600W are MUCH.

You yourself just said he doesn't need 1000w why suggest 1600? and nah Quality of the AX ----i series is some of the highest among consumer PSUs specially when you take into account things like Corsair Link... This is my opinion for the most part...

@Andrievski 1000W is plenty. Overkill for most 2 card setups. Cooler Master V1000, Antec HCP-1000, Superflower Leadex Gold/Platinum 1000, EVGA G2/P2 1000W. Whichever is cheaper.

I buy in Switzerland but there are some websites sell them expensive amd some cheap.
