Hey guys i need some advice.

currently i have 185 dollars i am trying to pick a good gtx card i wanted a 770 but i heard the 800 series when it releases 770 will get a discount

should i wait or buy it now

with that budget you should go AMD

Welcome to Linus Tech Tips! For $185 you're not going to get a 770. In that price range best price is probably an R9 270 unless you buy a used card

if i wait for the release of 800 could it get cheaper

 

rumors have suggested that 800 is going to co-excist with the 700 series and thus prices arent going to go down (if that rumor is true, noone knows exactly)

750 ti fits your budget, maybe a 760 if you get lucky.
