gpu tweak crashes pc

certen times when opening gpu tweak my pc will crash/freeze sound plays for another 5 seconds or so

also happens with msi afterburner ??? im two screens off two differnt graphics cards one is a r9 290 for the main sceen HD 5450 for second

 

specs;

mb : asrock H77m

cpu : i7 3770K

gpu1:R9 290 msi twin frozer

2: HD 5450 powercolor

ram: two 4gb 656mhz ram sticks

psu : amagedon 500w pure 1000w boost < i think. it says its a 1000w psu

 

is the differnt gpus

 

should i upload a event viewer thing how do i?

I think your problem would be with the 2 different GPU's... Its most likely an error with the programs not being able to identify/distinctify between the two cards.

Why not run both screens off the R9 290? It's powerful enough to do so. Also, mixing 2 different cards, especially different generations is not a good idea tbh.
