You can go 2 way Crossfire in the case, but if you are going all insane it will be better to go ATX. You should tell what are you going to upgrade.

not that is not possible to do CrossFire

 

but the main problem of the Prodigy is really poor airflow

 

you will need to use the blower type cooler over the open ones

 

which is why nVidia Reference GPUs work in these tight spaces

 

AMD reference may be the way to go but they are loud and overheat faster

Budget? Uses? Currency? Location? Operating System? Peripherals? Monitor? Use PCPartPicker wherever possible.

I have a pretty good build plan. Go here-http://pcpartpicker.com/p/xt6NYJ. I was wondering if going micro atx and having a small case would limit me in the future if i wanted to upgrade. Should I go atx and define r4?

I will want to do bigger graphics cards, water cooling like h100i, and sli because i will switch to nvidia but 280x is what fits my budget. I feel like after that their would be no airflow options that are any good and generally just feel restricted.
