Minecraft Server Warp Help!

Me and my friends server after being restarted the warps are all gone. We are using the EssentialsPlugin and they don't save

i5 4590 @ Stock, XFX R9 290!, HyperX Beast 4x8GB  @1600, 850 EVO 120gb, WD Caviar Blue 1TB, , Asrock H97m Pro 4 , Fractal Design Define R4, Windows 10

are you using /stop when you stop the server to restart it?

Make a warp, Leave the server on.

Go to: plugins > Essentials > Warps

Is your warp there?

/stop server

Check folder again.

Are warps there?

 

If not. 

Make another warp.

Do /save-all

Do /stop

Check Folder again

Well. Yell at the server provider. It's their fault then.
