Windows 8.1 messed up and it's annoying me

I was cleaning my keyboard and touch pad while my laptop was on (yes I know I shouldn't do that) and pretty much some random clicking happened and this desktop thing is on the lower right on my task bar. Here's a pic How to get it to go away?

Not sure if W8.1 is the same as W7. But try this.

 

Right click on the taskbar > Toolbars > Click "Desktop"
