AMD air cooler?

Hay, i'm new to linustechtips website. Just wanted to know if there was a really good air cooler

for a pc im building soon. Looking for a air cooler below $60

and that is silent. Any help would be much appreciated! :D

i was gonna get  Hyper 212 EVO or plus...

The Hyper 212 has a somewhat noisy stock fan, but you can replace it with this for relatively cheap and still have decent temperatures. (There are multiple colors)

I have the Dark rock pro 2 Mate, the larger version and it performs pretty damn well for the price point, the dark rock 2 should be pretty decent and it is quiet.

Yeah be quiet make really good stuff, if you don't like noctua's colors, be quiet is the way to go
