unsharp text/colors in games

I have a question

 

I have an Asus VE248H monitor and my gaming pc specs are i5 3570k and one windforce 3x gtx 680

 

The problem is that i feel that the image in games is not as sharp and the colors seems wrong and often the text is not as sharp as when i see gameplays on youtube

 

so can anyone answer me if it is some settings or if it is my graphics card or my monitor.

keep in mind i primarily watch youtube videos on a 13 inch macbook pro 1280 x 800 and bumps up the video to 1080p

Print screen. Or if you use Steam, F12. (default)

Weird. Everything looks good to me. Must be a display setting on your monitor.
