Help Contant Crashing

ok so heres the deal, i just baught a new motherboard I am coming from a gigabyte h61m-ds2 to a Asus p8 z77-v lk, (i will include a dxdiag report for more info) but to the point everything worked before the new motherboard but now everytime im on for half hour + the whole system just stops the screen freezes and nothing i do shy holding the power button has any effect, i have already gone through many little checks and rechecks when i remounted the cpu i used thermal paste etc etc fresh windows install, current drivers up to date.

any help would be much appreciated and i look forward to a fresh set of eyes as it where cause im just getting frustrated >.<
