so i got an invite from an awesome person on their forums but got a problem, they dont ship to Australia so was wondering if theres anyone on here that has had any experience with shipment forwarding sites? ive found borderlinx and shipito but dont know how legit they are, any help here will be appreciated, thanks for reading

how easy is it to set up an account with them? tried shipito and they wanted a lot of personal information, like enough to probably steal my identity....so now trying borderlinx

Well they do need a lot of info on you for obvious reasons. Ive never used it, someone I know well has used it for dozens of multi thousand dollar orders.

I'm in Aus, got an invite last week. I'm lucky enough to have family in the US so I sent it to them and they sent it here. A mate of mine just used Shipito to get some skis from the US, they were really easy to work with and shipped super fast. I'd recommend using them.

they need a lot of information about yourself though.....and on borderlinx they just need your address and thats it

Up to you, all I know is that they're definitely a usable resource. What information do they need above your address that worries you?

Hmm, my friend that used it never mentioned the proof of ID process. Just look at reviews of other forwarding services, I'm sure there are simpler one out there. All I know is that Shipito are reliable.

 

Edit: Just showed my mate that screenshot. You don't need to provide any verification info unless your account is under review for various reason, which yours will not be.
