Boot USB

Hello , 

 

Having a new HDD i wanted to install windows i downloaded an iso file and having only a mac laptop i created a bootable usb with boot camp assistant now i put in in my pc and it loads up and says booting from Boot Camp Assistant created usb drive…_ ...

 

And it stays there?

Is the usb flash corrupted or smth

Make sure you are selecting the correct one in the bios some times a usb can come up as 2 devices.

BIOS detects it automatically

It detects the usb drive ,but does not automatically boot from it.You have to set that in the boot order.No biggie....either way he will figure it out eventually.

It detects the usb drive ,but does not automatically boot from it.You have to set that in the boot order.No biggie....either way he will figure it out eventually.

yes i tried to set the boot order but it says usb-zip usb-fdd usb-hdd and etc witch one should i choose?

 try usb HDD

Ok so i will install win vista and then do the bootable usb thingy and then will install win 7
