dual monitors?

Davidharris941

you don't need a second graphics card to run more than one monitor.

However many ports there are on your card is your only limitation. but most cards support 4 or more monitors.

My System Specs: (Short list) i7 4770k, GTX 780, many SSD's, a 2 TB HDD(deceased :( ), Corsair 650D. Full list: http://pcpartpicker.com/user/kchriz6097/saved/8dh7YJ

Upgrade Plan: Acquire some Black Noctuas then add 16 or 32GB of 2133MHz memory

Wait; this being the case, how well would my 660ti power edition handle dual 1080p monitors?

Just fine, if your planning on playing games with two monitors: first don't, its just stupid, and the performance will just be half that of what it was with one. If your only gaming on one monitor and have a second for skype, chrome, etc. you won't see any performance hit.

I just wanted a second moniker for streaming/recording software and when I'm streaming comments. I'll be using a MSI Radeon R9 290 4GB TWIN FROZR card. Will that support 2 screens? I don't know much about this kinda stuff so I don't know what to look for.

It supports multiple monitors just fine.

Thrive on change. Embrace volatility.
