Changing language on google play store

Hello everyone,

my name is tugas and I come from Portugal but I live in Czech Republic and don't speak any czech.

My google play store only offers czech or english books and none in portuguese :( . I couldn't find any way to change the language or the locale settings. Can anybody help me ?

Check your Google accounts settings. There should be option to select primary and secondary languages. They are usually used to check search and translations but also define base for all other Googles stuff.

I can't find these settings amywhere. How can I access them?

 

Go to any Google page. On top right corner click your avatar or select sign in and click it. Select "Account" or what ever it says in your language. In there select tab called Language (again language can be different). There you can select primary and secondary languages. If this doesn't help in your problem, you need to turn location based suggestions off.
