G500s Mouse button 3 not working

Not sure if this is the right spot, but help. the Mouse button 3 "middle click" scroll wheel left & scroll wheel right functions do not work, not sure what i did wrong.

 

remapping them does not fix the issue, mapping other buttons to mouse 3 will register as non existent keystrokes as well, what do i do?

 

is it cause i didnt register the product? because it isnt even listed on thier list.

Check on the other computer. If it still doesn't work contact Logitech support. They will send you new G500.

Try uninstalling the software and the drivers using Device Manager. Then unplugging and plugging in the mouse to install drivers and finally download the latest LGS to see if it fixes it. Before doing this, try this on a different computer like sachin9uk said to see if you are experiencing the same problems.
