Computer goes into boot loop once every couple weeks

so once every couple weeks, my computer goes into this sort of loop:

1. computer turns on, shuts off without any display

2. turns on, goes to the bios, then shuts off,

3. after doing step 2 a couple times, it boots up to the bios, showing no error message. I can just go to windows from there.

 

I've just ignored this for the last couple years since it isn't too annoying, but it would be nice if someone could tell me how to stop it.

 

Specs are as listed in sig oh wait I changed it. It happened before I overclocked my CPU. Seems to be related to the motherboard.

 

i7 2600k

G1 Sniper 3

GTX 760 and GTX 480 (I dunno why I left the 480 in there)

Corsair H100i

Corsair HX1000

loose connection to Boot drive? happened to me before.

loose connection to Boot drive? happened to me before.

I've unplugged and plugged the hard drive into the computer a bunch of times, so that shouldn't be happening.
