2Gb Dual fan Gigabyte 260x over the Single Fan models

2x fans Keeps both the CORE and VRM's Cooler than 1x fan

And with slower speeds/rotation

Maximums - Asus Z97-K /w i5 4690 Bclk @106.9Mhz * x39 = 4.17Ghz, 8GB of 2600Mhz DDR3,.. Gigabyte GTX970 G1-Gaming @ 1550Mhz

Ok so my friend supplied me with the GTX 580 SUC From gigabyte ( the one with three fans) and it requires additional pin connectivity and I'm worried will my HX620W will be enough for the card? I have a q6600 core 2 quad and 4gbs of ram and a 500gb HDD.

I pluged in the 6 pin connector from 2molex connectors and the 8 pin from another molex connector line witch has 3 on one cable and i used a the two last leaving one hanging.. Is this correct or i did something wrong?

And also the pc is loading very slowly and has low resolution is that due to the cmos reset and not having the required drivers?

Be sure you have decent PSU. GTX 580 is a quite power hungry GPU.

PSU is fine, connectors sound fine.

Do your Mobo Drivers then your GPU drivers and your good to go.

Ok a problem occurred.. My pc started had low res opened the control panel and the panel and start menu froze in this grey colour the mouse was still moving… And the HDD light was glowing and the hard drive made heavy writing sizes ( i had changed the sata port to a different one but with the same colour marking) and i decided to restart and when i did an error occurred. A disk read error occurred press ctr alt delete to restart…

HOW TO FIX!!

Sound like ur HDD is showing signs of problems.

May be time to replace it, look in your bios to see if its STILL selected as the boot drive.

Other than that, could be dead if not 99% dead with power.

At least HDD's are cheap to replace (even if your broke most of the time)

Corsair Modular HX620 80+Gold

Than don't worry. You'll be fine with that.

You said it yourself... it's making weird noises...

Usually a Telltale sign of an issue WITHIN the drive.
