Other than the power supply being RIDICULOUSLY overkill, looks pretty good!

 

And yeah, definitely get some fans for the front of the case.

Yes, you're going to want as much airflow as possible to get all that heat out of your case. 

 

As for i7 vs i5, the i7 will do nothing in terms of gaming, but if you want to do stuff like streaming then the i7 will help out. It comes down to what you'll be using your computer for.

Don't skip out on audio,audio quest dragonfly and audio engine d1 are very good dac for the money.Otherwise internal dac in your motherboard is still enough,just saying because it is common with people with good pc specs to skip out on audio as Linus often says.

A single 290 will be able to play most if not all 1080p games on ultra. 

 

at 4k crossfire will get you somewhere around 40-60fps on ultra depending on the game.
