PC wont boot up :(

Hi,

 

So yesterday my PC stopped working. The PC was working fine when I left the house and when I got back the screen was frozen. I restarted the PC but nothing booted up. The fans and water pump turn on but the mouse and keyboard have no lights.

 

I have done some testing on the power supply with a multimetre and so far it seems fine. So far im thinking the issue is the Motherboard or the CPU. I also tried removing the RAM and changing the slots.

 

I was wondering if the mouse and keyboard would light up if the motherboard was fine but the CPU was dead? Trying to work out if its the CPU or Motherboard.

There should be a light on the motherboard illuminating when power is running through the board - Does it light up?

No light on the motherboard when powered on. The wireless network card also doesnt light up. If i plug a fan into the motherboard, the fan does turn on.
