Sometimes, PC won't fully boot up with CPU_LED on.

CowsGoRoar

Sometimes, I turn on my PC, everything turns on except that the CPU_LED light on my motherboard turns on and stays like that.

I would force shut down and turn it back on; it would do either of these things:

1: Turn on normally on the BIOS screen and have to go to BIOS and exit that.

2: Turn on with the CPU_LED on and have to repeat the annoying process.

I pressed the 8-pin CPU connector into the motherboard, making sure that it's fully plugged it, several times in the past couple months.

What can be wrong?

What cooler do you have? Sometimes the low limit for the CPU fan rpm is hit because of some fans that run at crazy low rpm's.

Should be an easy fix in the bios.
