For the ram if you want 8gb ,go with 2 dual channel 4gb sticks its faster

Pretty good, but I suggest you get 2x4GB of RAM (to take advantage of dual channel) and get windows from somewhere like G2A, that should allow you to get a ~120GB SSD for a boot drive.
