Realtek LAN low speeds

I am currently using the MSI a78-e45 and recently built the computer. However, the speeds seem very off. My other computers have 50 mB/s down/25 mB/s up. However, with the LAN drivers on the MSI board, I'm only having 5 mB/s down/25 mB/s up (so only download speeds are affected). I tried reinstalling the LAN drivers, but the speeds only come back for a few minutes and return to 5 mB/s. What seems to be the problem?
