r9 280 is 200. Also just about the best you can get price/performance.

Looking for a new GPU since mine is dying out. Not really an extreme gamer, just League and Minecraft mainly, sometimes some GMOD. Any suggestions?

Or there is also the GTX 760, but you would have to look around alot of places to get one for $200.

If I'm correct, tax for Manitoba is 13%.

The Gigabyte R9-280 @melias24 recommended is also pretty good, but you'll need to pay a little bit more up front.

It will cost you $254.24 up front. Then send in you rebate to get $20 back (about ~month later).
