First off, only suggest changes to the GPU and NOTHING ELSE please :)
Secondly, This is a gaming build. Not a good one, but it is one. All i want is something decent 

Core 2 Quad Q8300 at stock clocks(already own)
HP OEM Motherboard(already own)
8GB DDR2 800MHz RAM(already own)
GTX 560 1GB(budget for change is $100)

What kind of FPS would i see in games like CS:GO, BF Hardline, Minecraft with shaders, and Skyrim at 1366x768? Thanks for responding :)

Playing MC with shaders at 1080p I only get 30fps. Check my rig in my sig (that rhymed.)

I get solid 60 with SEUS shaders on my 760SC+4670k@1080p

I get more with SEUS Standard with my 750 Ti? + I'm at 1920x1200? You must have some wicked settings... I avg 40+.

Not much point changing the GPU when the rest of your PC is going to hold it back.

My 560 runs pretty much everything at medium-high.

 

The GPU isn't the problem.The rest of your build is.
