Clear the CMOS - Check the motherboard manual for where the jumper is or how to exactly do it on that particular board

It's done through physical interaction with mobo, no need to get into BIOS.

how ?

Clear the CMOS - Check the motherboard manual for where the jumper is or how to exactly do it on that particular board

It's going to be either a button or a jumper, I can't say for sure since I don't know what mobo that is.

Any unknown button should be pressed even number of times.

The super janky, and ill-advised way (thought it works), is to pull out the CMOS battery. I wouldn't do that though. Instead, look for either a switch, or a set of pins that is labeled clear CMOS, or the like (use motherboard manual if you still have it), and either flip the switch, or use a jumper to clear the CMOS. If it's pins, and you don't have a jumper, you can use the tip of a butter knife to connect them for about a second, but you have to be careful to touch only the 2 pins for CMOS clear, or you risk shorting something out.

If it has two pins - you have to connect them for 5-10 seconds. If it has three (and say, 1 and 2 are connected) you have to connect 2 and 3 for 5-10 s, then connect 1 and 2 again. The PC should be turned off during the entire process.

Any unknown button should be pressed even number of times.

it's got like two pins inside a shroud and one out of it (the two seem to be connected with a Pin or something between em) so, what do i do ??

Read the motherboard manual. Don't do anything until you've done that (specifically the section on clearing the CMOS)

Clearing the CMOS should have fixed it. If, it worked fine before that changed, then there is a small chance the BIOS is corrupt, and the board bricked. That being said, that chance is super small. Can always just let the board sit without power to it, and without the CMOS for 10 or 20 minutes so all capacitors and such drain, then try again. That should wipe any setting changes you've made. If it's still not fixed, something else is wrong at the same time, or BIOS got borked.
