Sound Card for HD518s

I think the title says it all really.

What PCI (Preferably not USB) sound card should I get to run my HD518s? I've been thinking a Asus Xonar DGX, so something around that price would be ideal. I use these headphones for Skype (And other VOIP), music, movies and gaming.

If you're only look to spend about 40 dollars, that is about the best you can get.
