there is no blocked pin on the case cable

Just put it in the right way and it will work. :)

Hi, so I have an Asus M5A97 R2.0 motherboard what has 19 pins on the USB 3.0 header and my USB 3.0 cable for my case has 20 pins can I just plug it in or do i need another Mobo or an adapter?

There's 1 blocked out pin. Just put the blocked out one on the cable in line with the missing one on the board.

There's 1 blocked out pin. Just put the blocked out one on the cable in line with the missing one on the board.

Correct.

ok thanks really helps.

now i can put my flash drives in the front  :)
