[Youtube]New PC, videos won't load even at 144p

So, I helped my friend build his new PC today, but videos on YouTube don't want to load. Everything worked fine on his old PC, and it still works on his phone. Any ideas as to what could be causing the issue?

Video or network drivers maybe, post the specs.

He figured it out, his shitty wifi adapter wasn't getting a good signal plugged in at the back, so he moved it to the front and now it works.
