Need help picking CPU cooler

I found a case I want to use for my HTPC but I am having trouble finding a CPU cooler that fits the dimension. The case is the Silverstone GD09B (Link below) the max height is 138mm and I only want to use an air cooler. Thanks!

Are you on a tight budget?
Otherwise it might be worth to look into some of Noctua's CPU coolers like the NH-L12.

Here's a review of it and they conclude it's not optimized for high TDP processors but your case gives you some limitations.
