Battlefield 4 cpu spike

Hi guys. So while playing battlefield 4 I will get a huge fps drop down to 10-20 frames. I ran the graph while playing and whenver the fps drop/stutter happens the cpu line spikes. I have tried the jayztwocents stuttering problem and that didn't help. My pc specs are an i5-2500k oc 4.4ghz, r9 270x, and 16gb ram. Any ideas on why this is happening and how to fix it?

You may have a virus on your computer. I think it's called 'BF4.'

Why you disrespectin? The game is amazing.

The obvious aside, I was talking about the endless bugs it's had.

Practically stable now. 

 

 

It is stable now.
