Amd 8320 overclocking probs

so i have a amd 8320 that i have clocked at 4.5 ghz but wjen ever i watch a video on my computer aka off my hdd its always skippy i have like 1.425 v should i push more voltage to it  i have a gigabyte 990fx-a-ud3 rev 4.0 also i have a H80i in a push pull cofig Thanks

Drop the overclock down to 4.3GHz first, see if that improves things. Thats what I would do first.

So I dropped the mix and I did help so does that ?mean I need to push more voltage to my cpu ?

Possibly, but 4.5ghz might not have been 100% stable on your setup regardless. You can but test, but more voltage means more heat will be generated. 4.3ghz should be good enough though, so you shouldn't worry too much.
