Connecting a US VPS to a Linux Dedi (Looking for help)

Hey guys!

So, I'm hoping this is possible as I've seen stuff like it. I would like to connect a small US VPS to my Dedi located in France. So I can use a US Ip to connect to it and I've heard that this fixes lag and such. The server is running Linux and will be used for a Minecraft server. HAProxy may work for you. I'm not too familiar with the software but I've seen it used to redirect HTTP traffic to another IP.

 

What is "Dedi"? I did a quick search but didn't find anything seemingly relevant.

"dedi" -> dedicated server I believe (in contrast to VPS)

If your looking to bind the file system from one server to another you can use something like sshfs to mount a directory like /home from the other server
