Hitman absolution crashing?

Has anyone had the issue of Hitman: Absolution crashing? I have read online that tons of people are crashing at the same spot every time, its on the loading screen where Agent 47 is closing his eyes, and just as they are  closing, the game freezes for a second, and then crashes. It's kinda irritating to be honest. I did find a workaround, and thats to go in offline mode on steam.. Thats great if you just want to play the main game, but there are tons of online features i'd like to access and I cant do so in offline mode, plus it dosnt log hours on the game, which I like having. 

If anyone has had this issue, and has found a different work around, that'd be great if you could share it!

 

tl;dr - Hitman crashing.. Somewhat of a workaround found.
