It's on the expensive side but not too bad. If your S3 is still on 4.1 I believe there's a way to unlock it for free

Yes, it does take a while for Samsung codes to be processed.

Does it still say processing? If so then yeah I guess you should. Check your email and the spam folders to make sure they didn't email you requesting an order confirmation or something.

Like I said above, it doesn't work on 4.3 firmware, and there's no way to downgrade due to XNOX bootloader
