A basic build with pretty decent stuff but with what I presume to be plenty of room for future upgrades. I know I could go with a 4690k but the local store from which I'm buying from doesn't have it and since I'm travelling, the online store for this country won't ship in time. ( I live in Dubai)

Overkill PSU. You can do better than this build. Give me a moment to improve it.

Swap the gpu for something like the 270X/280.

You only need a 550W psu.

Swap the ram to 2 x 4GB sticks, so that you get dual channel mode.

Ignore the idiots saying to downgrade that PSU, it is fine. The only thing that should be changed, is to get 2x 4GB sticks of ram and run them in dual channel, rather than the one.

If you could stretch your wallet a bit more, and get a 120GB SSD on top, that would be awesome. But it'll be like another ~$60.

What's this being used for? For gaming, that GPU is underpowered for the CPU.

I got one stick so that I can get 16 gb by adding just one more stick which opens up for 32 gb later on

Unless you're doing some pretty heavy video editing, rendering etc. you're not going to need 32GB. Having 2 4GB sticks will improve performance as the RAM will run in dual channel.

Alright. Just out of curiosity, how much better would dual channel make it ? Ohh and btw, I have a r9 290x at home in another of my computers and plan on buying another and fixing it in this.

Sorry ? You don't need a 650W psu for any single gpu.

Where did i state you need a 650W psu for a single gpu?

There's not a huge difference in all programs, but the extra performance is worth more than being able to upgrade to 32GB, which you'll most likely never need to do.

750ti and 4670k wouldn't use half of 450w psu, that thing is not going to be efficient at all.

80+ ratings certify electrical efficiency. Not quality.
