im building this pc for a friend, and i wanted some input. do i need watercooling for overclocking the pentium? or should i stick with the hyper 212 evo? thanks for the help.

No you do not need watercooling for the penitum, if you are mostly gaming on the PC the penitum is unbeatable value, but it does fall down in productivity programs

Although for only gaming, that pentium will be fine, but when you need skype or teamspeak or anything else running simultaneously, it'll suffer. More cores makes for a better overall experience. That cooler(EVO 212) will suffice as well as some of the more budget friendly AIO watercooling kits(H50).

Hi phlankin,

It's a very nice build you've made!

I just want to mention that the primary purpose of WD Green hard drive is to be a secondary storage unit. For gaming purposes I would recommend the WD Black HDD - it was designed for maximum performance and has 5 years limited warranty, which is definetly a plus.
