My PC build

IssacTs

Is there a specific reason you chose that dell monitor?

Some money could be saved on that so you can get a case in the $100 range that is more suited for that hardware.

That Dell monitor is basically the best IPS 1080p monitor you can get so I wouldn't change it.

Edit: but he could save 40$ by going with the P2414H as it's the same panel without factory calibration.

Are planning to SLI in the future or not?

Regardless of whether you plan to SLI, this PSU can handle 2 graphics cards from any brand or tier.

I took @Deddie 's suggestion on saving $40 on the monitor and was able to fit in a good liquid CPU cooler to OC your CPU (Don't know why you picked K-series CPU and a non-Z97 motherboard) The RAM, Storage and graphics card are all better in this build.

Note I chose the Seidon 240M because you have a $5 promo and $25 mail-in rebate.

This build is good if you don't want to OC and it has high-quality components.

Edit: if you want to go SLI in the future you should change the motherboard to the GA-Z97X-UD3H and upgrade the PSU to the SeaSonic SSR-750RM or to the EVGA 850 gold in the post above.

I would go with the 4790k to be honest. They tend to OC quite a bit. As for the rest my build is cooler (EVGA > Gigabyte in cooling up to 7 degrees difference under load has been spotted) and Gigabyte has had troubles with the 780 Ti being clocked too high for its own good and booting you to the desktop for no reason making it slightly unstable.

As for the component selection we are quite equal in quality though to be completely fair I think mine is slightly better (offering more storage and better RAM (helps his video editing) and an overclockable CPU which can last longer before an upgrade is needed than the xeon.

Well in the high-quality components part I was comparing with the build OP suggested and I was mainly going for same performance with a little bit cheaper components and some upgraded stuff. Your build is obviously much better if OP wants to OC.

First thx for everyone for reply this post, all of u are so nice =]

For this build i may not OC, as I hope my pc can last longer as it could. And the reason that i choose 4790K is because it can provide a higher processing speed than 4790 with the close price.

For the problem of SLI, i didnt plan to SLI for now, but in the future isnt it better to replace the display card rather than having two low rate(in the future) card?
