You are able to use any GPU brand on your motherboard and you will not have compatibility issues as all graphics cards today use PCI-E 2.0/3.0 which the motherboard supports. Even though the ram is not listed on MSI's support list, it is most likely that the ram is going to work as the ones listed on the website suggests that they have tested those kits and were verified to work on the motherboard.

The ram is compatible. Its just basic 2x4gb, 1600MHz CL9 DDR3 ram. As for GPUs, some brands advertise extra features when you centralize to their brand (I think Corsair and MSI are ones most on this). But you won't loose anything major by mixing products.
