Phone battery connectors shoddy?

Well I have a lot of batteries I like to switch in and out of my galaxy s4 so they show quite a bit of wear and tear. As you can see in the pic below, the plastic pieces of the battery near the connectors are either broken off or bent. The battery still works fine with my phone, but what I don't know is if it's safe or not Posted Image
